3. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

We offer shipping to Lithuania and select European countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and cosmetics), returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions are made for damaged or defective products, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
