Our Policy on Returns

Important Information

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and cosmetics), returns and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Perfumes are personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin. For health and safety reasons, we cannot resell products that have been opened, tested, or used.

We understand this may be disappointing, but this policy ensures that every customer receives a brand new, authentic, and safe product.

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item and arrange the return of the wrong one at no cost to you.

Unopened Products

In rare cases, we may accept returns of completely unopened and sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to discuss your situation. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
